Canterbury B Men's Team - Assistant Coach (Attack)

Canterbury Rugby is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Assistant Coach (Attack) to join the Canterbury B programme.

This role will support the Head Coach in delivering an engaging, high-performance environment, with a primary focus on the team's attacking strategy, skill development, and game preparation. The successful applicant will work closely with players and staff to develop an exciting and effective attacking game while contributing to the overall growth of emerging Canterbury talent.

We're looking forsomeone who has:

- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of attacking rugby

- Proven coaching experience in a performance or talent development environment.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A collaborative approach and commitment to player development.

- The ability to contribute to planning, training delivery, and match-day coaching.
